Upload setting configuration is not working

    Hi,

    I save plugin settings file (download plugin settings file) Profilegrid configuration from site A under Global-Settings/ Tools/ json file and tries to load (upload plugin settings file) to site B and it’s not possible. Error: This file type (****665.json) is not allowed.

    I would like it if possible to inform me on how I can solve the issue.
