upload sermons in specific directory

Hi there,
right now my sermons are uploaded to /uploads/2013/06/
Next month to /uploads/2013/07
etc.

I’d like to have ONE folder with ALL sermons. This would make it easier to backup theres files. And I just want to have them in ne place.

Any chance to do that?
