Upload screen cut in half

  • One of my admin users who is not local to my area is having trouble uploading docs. The upload screen is cut in half for them.

    I cant reproduce her issue, It works fine for me on Mac and PC. She’s tried Mac, PC, Chrome, Edge, different internet connections and its always broken for her. The thing I don’t get is it works fine for me. I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced a similar issue?
