Upload returns blank screen

    Look in your server’s error_log file for an error that is logged at the same time you get the white screen of death.

    Let me know what that error is, and then we can go from there.

    There’s no “submit” button in WP All Import, so I assume you’re referring to another button. To clarify, where exactly are you expecting to be when you get the blank screen instead? Step 2, step 3, confirmation, import processing… or somewhere else?
