    Hi,

The plugin Version 1.5.8, I’m unable to upload profile picture, and the browser console shows wp.media undefined error in my-account.js. Can you look into this and fix?

    Thanks in advance

Also, can you please confirm, using the “Profile Connect” addon, the extra fields we created for registration form visible in admin dashboard (i.e user edit) as well?

    Hello Shankar,

Can you please provide us your site url to look into? Also, let us know with what user role did you get the issue?

Yes. Profile connect add-on will connect the already registered users to the user registration form created. If you have any further queries on profile connect add-on, please create a topic here: https://wpeverest.com/support-forum/. As this forum is not intended for pro version.

Sanzeeb, thank you for your response and information on “Profile connect”, I’ve tested the users with “subscriber” role.
The access URLs are below for profile pic upload test:

    Login URL https://rawtruthaboutbeef.com/login/
    Profile URL: https://rawtruthaboutbeef.com/my-account/edit-profile/
    Login access: testuser/testuser123

    Hello again,

For the profile picture upload, all the scripts, styles, settings, and templates necessary to use all media JS APIs should’ve been enqueued. In your site, it seems not to be enqueued. While user registration is enqueuing all necessary media files, make sure any other plugins or themes are not conflicting or disabling media in the frontend. For this, if possible please temporarily switch back to default WordPress theme and deactivate all other plugins with only user registration active and let me know. If the issue still arises, please contact us from [email protected], we may need further more information to debug the issue.

    Hope this helps!

Thanks for information. Yes it’s working with WordPress default theme. I think, the issue came from my theme (Enfold), I’ll look into this.

    Thank you!
