Upload Products But Don't Push Live

So I’m working on an online store for a company who want’s to completely delete and switch all products every two months or so (they feature products from one country, then switch it to the next). Is there a way to upload products to WooCommerce but prevent them from being live on the store? Deleting the old products and then simply activating the new, pre-uploaded products would make the product transitions easier.
