upload problem – permission of wp-content

i met some problem when i try to use the upload function of the wordpress. it says

“It doesn’t look like you can use the file upload feature at this time because the directory you have specified (/home/snapple/public_html/lol/wp-content) doesn’t appear to be writable by WordPress. Check the permissions on the directory and for typos.”

but i already check all boxes for the permission. what could be the problem?

i uses cyberduck to upload wordpress.
