I am unable to upload images.
I get this message on the upload screen.
You browser doesn’t have Flash, Silverlight, HTML5, or HTML4 support.

Also strangley, I also get this message when choosing the ‘Gallery Settings’ tab (note that I have changed the web URL):

    RuntimeException thrown

/home/linweb07/m/WEBSITE.co.uk/user/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/nextgen_basic_gallery/templates/slideshow/nextgen_basic_slideshow_settings_gallery_dimensions.php is not a valid MVC template

I am running the latest version of NGG and wordpress V4.

I cannot replicate the problem in my test environment.

    can anyone help?

@sunpar – Can you please try temporarily deactivating your other plugins, and log in to the site with Chrome as your browser – see if that helps and allows you to upload. Chrome has a built in flash module and will help to rule some things out – deactivating plugins lets us test without 3rd party interference.

I am a newbie to WP, if I deactivate plugins do I lose associated data?

I did previously try chrome, iE, and Safari.

@sunpar – It depends on the plugin – some may require reconfiguration, but most will not. Typically you can deactivate/activate plugins without fear of losing data, but it is always a good idea to make sure you do a full backup of your site first – check with your web host, most offer automated backup system.

I am also getting this same message and have not installed any new plugins. I never had this problem before. I am anxious to hear if anybody has a solution.

@mstess – It may be much better for you to start your own topic to get help with the issue you are seeing on your specific site.
