Upload Plugin That Auto Displays Content

Looking for a plugin that allows visitors to my site to upload a document for my approval that automatically gets posted in a list on a specific page upon my approval.

I am using Frontend Uploader right now and it does a nice job of creating an upload form and sending me a notice to approve, but it doesn’t do the next step and post the document to a page so people can download it. Any suggestions on a better plugin?

I am using a studiopress theme (outreach) with the Genesis framework.
