Upload plugin not working

  • I’m trying to upload my purchased Mailchimp Pro but all of the sudden my Upload Plugin button isn’t working. No error message, it just turns red and does nothing. Can you help me? I just spent $59 on the Mailchimp Pro and would like to use it! LOL!
    Thank you for any help you can give. I’m one of those older lady users, so don’t go too over my head. I know just the basics. Enough to get me into trouble.

    First, thank you for providing your site’s url. I don’t think most people realize how helpful that is.

    Could you please look at your tools menu in your dashboard and see if you have an option there called ‘network setup’ or similar, ie, something pertaining to network.
