Upload photos into comments

Hello

I want to build a website where users leave comments about food in restaurants, give star ratings and upload a photo into their comment to be displayed into the comment. I was thinking of using the gd+ plugin for the various star ratings (food quality, service, value etc.) but I cannot find a solution for users to upload their photos. Are there any around or will I have to get a custom plugin made,
