Upload photo to facebook AND create a post on the site

Hi,
the plugin works great.
What I really would like tho is the ability to create a post our of the image user upload to facebook.

E.g.

1: upload photo button
2: Describe your photo
3: Send button

This will:

1: create a post on the site with the image and the description as content
2: Upload the photo to facebook user profile and its description

basically combining your plugin with

I’m in the mid of a project and If you could comeout with a solution for it I’d be falling in love with ya! ??
