Upload option not working

  • I had an issue recently come up where if someone clicks the file upload button on mobile, then it just closes and doesn’t allow them to upload anything.

    Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all other plugins.

    i tried deactivating the plugins and it didn’t fix anything. the upload file button works fine on desktop but not on mobile.

    I’m still having issues with this and I don’t understand what you mean by switching to default theme.
