Upload option not working

Just downloaded a copy of WordPress 4.4.1 to test out the Titan Framework. Getting excited because it looks awesome!! So First think I try it an image upload option in the admin panel. BAM! Error Message states: “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.” So the uploader image opens, allows me to pick an image from my local pc, the progress bar spins as the image appears to be getting uploaded to the WordPress site and then get that Error Message.
All my other options work except the image uploader.
Help please.
