    Hello
I followed all the steps. I have created a product feed
    > https://prnt.sc/utd9to
I copied and pasted the name of the url in the Google Merchant Center (xml file + fetch method), the file loads correctly (I put exactly the same name as on my WordPress dashboard) but it does not ‘displays no products in Merchant Center.
Do you have any idea why? Thank you

I already read that answer from Google but I am not the only one to have that issues and as I said, my products are pretty all the same (books) and there is no reason they are 10 KB or 1000 attributes. There is something else wrong, but I didn’t find yet. I f you have any idea, I listen to you ??

The only thing I can advise you is to look at the feed and check all the info that Google gives you about what is going on and see if you can find what is happening.

Then if that all fails you will have to contact Google Merchant helpdesk to let them tell you what is wrong.

I am sorry I cannot be of more assistance.

Sorry, I’m coming back because I might have an explanation.
After a discussion with Google, it would seem that the summary of the books (we sell books) which is present in the “description” part of the products are taken for attributes and that therefore it exceeds the 1000 words taken for 1000 attributes but nevertheless that leaves me skeptical.
Moreover, I have looked a bit (from what I understand) the Xml file generated by the plugin and there is a lot of web desing code that has nothing to do with the files / data produced, is it normal?

It all depends on your website and the plugin’s your using. Like layout plugins and certain themes may add quite a lot of mark-up code to the product description. That will cause the description to exceed the 1000 words.

It is actually one of the causes stated in the Google Help files shared with you.

In the following functions.php snippet you can use DIVI and Visual composer mark-up is removed from the description attribute. That could be helpful in solving the issue depending on the mark-up plugin/theme you are using.
