    Hello
I followed all the steps. I have created a product feed
    > https://prnt.sc/utd9to
I copied and pasted the name of the url in the Google Merchant Center (xml file + fetch method), the file loads correctly (I put exactly the same name as on my WordPress dashboard) but it does not ‘displays no products in Merchant Center.
Do you have any idea why? Thank you

Did you add the url in step 5?
You do not have to add a name in Google Merchant.

Make sure you add the url of the feed and make sure you click the “fetch now” link.

Yes, the url you can here on my screenshot https://prnt.sc/utd9to

You do not have to add a name in Google Merchant.
    >Well in my dashboard, they ask the file name as you can see here in the screenshot
    https://prnt.sc/utfdwx

Make sure you add the url of the feed
    >Yes, I am pretty sure, Google Merchant show it here on the screenshot
    https://prnt.sc/utd9a0

and make sure you click the “fetch now” link.
    >On this, I am not sure : what do you mean by “fetch now” ? Do you mean I have to put the real hour ? I thought it was the same setting as the auto update provided in the pluggin, right?
For the moment, it is therefore set at 12 AM

    Check the steps.
You will read that if you have followed the steps that there is a button in the Merchant center “fetch now”

Click it. And wait for a while for Google to Fetch the data.

ok as it wrote here https://www.wpmarketingrobot.com/support/faq/#toggle-id-31 ?

And do I have to regenerate or to stard all from the begining ?

    Plugin Author AukeJomm

    (@aukejomm)

No just change the ID attribute and regenerate the feed

    Thread Starter dragondefeu76

    (@dragondefeu76)

ok. Thank you. I had to re-fetching too, I think it’s normal ?

It seems working but now I have some issues with “Item too big”…
Well should see it with you or is it an issue with Google ? Or my product ?

Ok, I’ll change my method. So I have several questions please:
-Does your plugin offer to integrate the Google Merchant Center API? And do we need the paid version suddenly?
    – How can we submit a Google sheets file (instead of the Fetch url)
    – Is it possible to transform the xml file into CSV and download it directly?
I imagine the API key is the best but I don’t feel like you are offering it and I can’t manage to do it myself …
    Thank you

Hello we do not offer an API connection with Google.

What are you running into that you are looking into changing the method?
Remember that it will work perfectly fine with the scheduled fetches.

Well for me, It doesn’t work. I tried three time to regenerate and even begining from the start every step but stil not working.
Every time, Google Merchant Center says that I have some issues with “Item too big”…
while it is not the case.

    What item is to big?
An API will not solve the issue.

What more information do you get to the Merchant Center?
    Is it this: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/1139283?hl=en

If your items in the feed are not valid an API will not solve it for you.
