• Hi! I installed and tried out the upload. Had issues with the images, so deleted the products that I uploaded to try again later. HOWEVER, my facebook page that was linked to WooCommerce is getting SPAMMED over 8hrs later of products that were uploaded with “not found” links. I made sure that my WooCommerce option for connecting to Facebook is disabled…BUT MY PAGE IS STILL GETTING HIT. Which is causing my followers to get TONS of notifications. Please help me.

Is there a queue that I can empty? How can I stop these?

  • Hello,

What do you mean by “my facebook page that was linked to WooCommerce is getting SPAMMED”? I don’t quite understand what your problem is like.

When importing products, our plugin calls the $product->save() method which contains some hooks that the Facebook plugin may use to sync products data. This is the only thing from our plugin that I think can be related to your issue.

Regarding product images, our plugin imports images in the background so you have to patiently wait until all images can be processed. There’s also a global message in the admin dashboard notifying you that it’s still in progress or completed.

    Hope this helps.

Hi! What I mean is that it is 6am and I’m still getting posted comments from WordPress that say “product A was added” and that was from the upload I started at 9am yesterday. I finally had to unpublish my business page and wait until those comments just quit. Yes, I completely understand I should be patient. But my images ended up in the failed images list and when I tried to download them..:there was another error. So I was worried that something else had happened. So I deleted the products due to it being my business and I didn’t know what was happening.

If you are unsure what might be causing posted comments from WordPress to still be happening, I understand. I will try and wait it out until they stop. I just have to keep my business unpublished until then

Sorry about the problem with your Facebook page, it is just an accident.

About the failed images, I think their sizes exceed the maximum value that your server/site allows. You should contact your hosting provider for further check.

    Best regards
