Upload not working right

I have a similar issue.

The upload field is mandatory in my form, when user goes back to edit his entry the upload field is empty and user is forced to upload again.

Is there a fix? I’m quite sure other similar plugins (or maybe sticky list) do keep the already uploaded file.
