    I have installed version 2.1.1 of this plugin.

      I have tried to bulk upload photos and here is what happens:
      I select the Event, then the Variation Group, then an Event Date
      I then click Select Photos and select photo(s) – one or many it does not matter.
      The bulk upload process appears to happen, the first image goes to 100% then nothing. If there is only one image, then it goes to 100% and next…
      I hit the Save and Continue button, but then it just hangs there with a spinner going on and on.

    I have checked and rechecked my php.ini file and everything is as you recommend it:

    Server Requirements:
    Make sure you set the following configs in your server:

      memory_limit = 100M
      upload_max_filesize = 192M
      post_max_size = 100M
      file_uploads = On
      allow_url_fopen = On

    I’d love to get the free version working to give this a try so I can buy the paid version with confidence, but if this won’t work, well…

    Thanks to anyone for their advice.

  • Either by drag and drop or multi file select, it starts to upload but stalls on the first one. It does not create a product in the Woo Catalog. I had it working at one time for one test, but then subsequently, it just fails at every attempt. Also, won’t upload unless I select a variation, which there are none.

    Jefferis can you confirm your server meets the server requirements?

    We’ve concluded that this is related to our users (yours included) server and not with our code. We believe it’s related to an improper installation of GD Library but it’s been next to impossible to diagnose because we’ve had so few cases and only one user has provided us direct access to the server to test for patterns.

    My advice is to host with a major hosting company like Rackspace or GoDaddy.

    If you need assistance with that or have more questions we’re here to help so just let us know. Thanks!
