    I have installed version 2.1.1 of this plugin.

      I have tried to bulk upload photos and here is what happens:
      I select the Event, then the Variation Group, then an Event Date
      I then click Select Photos and select photo(s) – one or many it does not matter.
      The bulk upload process appears to happen, the first image goes to 100% then nothing. If there is only one image, then it goes to 100% and next…
      I hit the Save and Continue button, but then it just hangs there with a spinner going on and on.

    I have checked and rechecked my php.ini file and everything is as you recommend it:

    Server Requirements:
    Make sure you set the following configs in your server:

      memory_limit = 100M
      upload_max_filesize = 192M
      post_max_size = 100M
      file_uploads = On
      allow_url_fopen = On

    I’d love to get the free version working to give this a try so I can buy the paid version with confidence, but if this won’t work, well…

    Thanks to anyone for their advice.

  • Could you check your browser console and tell us if there are errors? Thanks!

    We’ve confirmed that *some* other users are experiencing this issue. We know that it is, somehow, related to the server because it isn’t appearing for the majority (95% of users) are not experiencing on clean WordPress installations.

    Would you mind sending an email to support at our domain with login credentials to your site so we can test this further?

    Hello, I have the same issue.
    I checked my server info and everything seems to be okay.

    I got this error in the console:

    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method ‘addEventListener’ of undefined pinit.js:1
    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method ‘appendChild’ of undefined pinit.js:1
    event.returnValue is deprecated. Please use the standard event.preventDefault() instead.

    var ajaxurl = ‘/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php’,
    pagenow = ‘toplevel_page_ptp_bulk_import’,
    typenow = ”,
    adminpage = ‘toplevel_page_ptp_bulk_import’,
    thousandsSeparator = ‘,’,
    decimalPoint = ‘.’,
    isRtl = 0;
    </script>

    Thanks for the post. Can you provide us a login to your site to try and trouble shoot this? This is happening on so few customers site’s that we can’t replicate it anywhere else.

    Sure, can you give me your email?

    Thanks!

    Yup, it’s support at our domain (sorry to be discreet, don’t want it getting spammed!)

    Thanks! Did you receive my email?

    My pleasure. No, we didn’t receive any emails from you. You send it to support@ourdomain.com?

    I understand that you don’t want to post email addresses (I get a reaction when I see that myself) but perhaps you want to give out the contact URL from your site?

    Certainly, it’s theportlandcompany.com

    Yes, that where I sent the mail:[ redacted email ]

    Could you edit your post and delete the email you just wrote out? ?? That’s still spam-able.

    Okay, please send it to spencerhill@ then. Thanks!

    Sorry I can’t delete my previous message.
    I just sent you the mail!

    Thanks!

    No problem, thanks for redacting the email!
