Upload my pages and nav bar

Hi,

I need some help, I created a twentyeleven child theme on my localhost. I customised the several elements of the theme including adding (customised) plugins, the nav bar and I added pages with content. I installed WP on my host server and copied over the my WP child files and folders with filezilla FTP. I edited the config file with my new server details and I have access to the WP dashboard. Most of my theme uploaded except for the nav bar menu background image and my pages, also my plugins are not activated. Can someone tell me what I am don’t wrong. I don’t want to recreate the pages and menu.

Any help would be much appreciated.
