Upload my own invoices

  • Hello,

    I’m trying to upload my own invoices to every order we recieve on the store, we want to upload our own because we have a phisical store and we keep accounting on our software outside of wordpress and we need correlative numbers on the invoices.

    Is this possible with your plugin? Or how would one go about this? Like I have the invoice for said order on pdf, can I upload it myself so they have it in their account.

    Hi @guifrrr,

    It is unfortunately not possible to upload already created invoices. I think the best solution here is to use WooCommerce as a backup system where you create an exact replica template of your current invoice. Then manually create a copy in WooCommerce of the invoice you’ve generated with your accounting software each time you want your customer to be able to download it via their account.

    Maybe even better to let our PDF plugin generate all your invoices in WooCommerce and then upload those to your accounting software? That way you won’t generate double invoices in two systems. But I’m not quite sure if this would fit into your workflow.
