UPLOAD missing in WP 2.3 ??

I’ve just upgraded to WP 2.3 but when I enter to write a new post there is NO UPLOAD box as usual as the old version, only the PREVIEW and the new TAGS box,the OPTIONAL EXCERPT and TRACKBACKS and CUSTOM FIELDS, but NO UPLOAD ….??!!??
I’ve changed to the visual editor but also the UPLOAD box does not appear ANYWHERE… Any HELP???
