Upload Link (dateien hochladen) is not working

    The link is displayed as expected, but when I click on the link I am only forwarded to the order. What can be the reason for this? Thanks in advance.

    This is really difficult to say.
    It can really have several reasons.
    Is it possible for us to see a product which has uploads enabled?
    I cannot find one on your store.
