Upload / Insert Image Problem

  • I can’t insert image to a post because the image uploader is positioned at the bottom left of the wp admin so there’s no way i could access it. Please help on how to fix this problem.

  • There should be a line immediately above the main content area on every new/edit page/post page that says “Upload/Insert” followed by 4 icon links. The first icon link allows you to upload/add an image.

    Do you not have these icons on your Add or Edit pages?

    I actually can see icons you mentioned and I tried to upload from my pc. But when I crick an image, which is jpeg, it said

    Unable to create directory /home/mintscloset/blog/wp-content/uploads/2009/06. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    What should I do?
