Today I updated profile builder to the latest version. Now I cannot upload images any longer. The error text is “An error occurred, please try again later.”
I found this new line in:
    …/public_html/wp-content/plugins/profile-builder-pro/front-end/extra-fields/upload/upload_helper_functions.php: $file[‘error’] = __( “An error occurred, please try again later.”, ‘profilebuilder’ );
    So I guess it is profile-builder related…

  • Got the exact same problem. Disabling the plugin works for me. Have just emailed Cozmoslabs with this problem. Hope there will be an update soon.

Same here, let’s hope they can fix this soon.

Do you guys have the Pro or Hobbyist versions? That’s an issue we’re working on fixing now.

Because in the free version this should not happen.

Yeah, disabling the plugin to quickly handle a post works. I just hope all my settings have been retained while I did that.

I am convinced we will soon get an update.

Released update solves the problem. Thanks for the fast response and resolution.

Thanks for letting us know and really glad it’s solved now. I’ll mark the topic as resolved.

Don’t know if it is just a coincidence, but automatic publishing to facebook with jetpack stopped working at the same time this problem occurred.

Have you had any other reports on that?

    Regards, Peter

Never mind, seems to work as it should now.

Great, thanks for letting us know.

    Hi,
I have the same problem. I have updated the plugin to latest version. I am using latest version of WordPress.

What can I do to get this fixed?

Is it just me who has this Upload problem?

    Hi,

It could be it’s a conflict with your current theme or one of your plugins.

This particular error was fixed two months ago, so most likely there’s something else that’s causing this in your case.

Please try with a default theme and disable your other plugins one by one. If that still doesn’t work, please let me know and we’ll figure out another way to debug this.
