Upload image/media doesn’t work

  • When upload an image/media from a new post screen without a title, system will upload the file to the wp-uploads folder but doesn’t return any link or path to insert to the post (uploaded file doesn’t show on media library)

    I just wonder anybody out there has the same issue ?
