Upload Image problem

I use WP. I have problem to upload image.
If i try to upload large image I get http error, but i can see this image in Media Library, but it is impossible to edit image i get error: “Image data does not exist. Please re-upload the image.”
If i try to upload smal Image, it uploads sucseccfully, but i can not edit image, in this case too, i get : “Image data does not exist. Please re-upload the image.” error.

These images do not have _wp_attachment_metadata in DB table: wp_postmeta .

Does any know how to fix this?
