Upload image issue when list a product

Thanks for reaching out today.

This is usually caused by the module “Photon” which is part of Jetpack. Are you using that? If so, disable “Photon” then submit the listings to Amazon again.

If you are not using that “Photon” Jetpack module, I have never seen WP-Lister insert any characters into the image URL on it’s own. In the past, it has always been due to some configuration or plugin injecting those characters into the URL. So I am reluctant to think it could be WP-Lister causing this. Surely, I am not saying there is no way it is WP-Lister, but it is unlikely. Are you using any other image plugin or something like Jetpack’s “Photon” module?

You could try temporarily disabling all plugins except WC and WP-Lister, then update the product again in WC and submit the listing to eBay again. If it works, you can enable plugins one by one testing in between until you find the plugin adding that full stop to the image URLs.

If none of that works, please update me on your results once you have tried the above.

I tried disable Photon or Jetpack, re-apply profile, while still same issue in preview.

You know it is very difficult to debug problem in a live site.

Is there any code way could solve this?

It is solved with a watermark plugin disabled, all good now, cheers
