Upload Image Error (problem Conflict with plugin iThemes Security)

    I wanted to write this post to alert a conflict generated by a option of plughin “iThemes Security (formerly Better WP Security)”

    Nothing serious, but you need to keep an option OFF.

    To load profile and cover images, the plugin option called “Disable PHP in Plugins” in the “System Tweaks” tab must remain OFF. Then loading images will work properly.

    But turning this Disable PHP in Plugins option OFF has another problem: unless it is turn OFF all the time, how can a new member upload his/her profile picture?

    This is exactly an issue I am having, and I cannot afford to turn this security option off all the time due to the obvious security protection it is offering. Please help!
