Upload hangs

    when i try to upload a file under an user purchase i select the file and press upload, it just makes the button grayed out and hangs there. no result even after like 10 minutes or even 30.
    i have even checked chwon permissions and chmod 777 all files and folders and subfolders on the entire website

  • Hi @drodman, thanks for raising this. Can you confirm what type of file was being uploaded and the filesize so I can attempt to reproduce this?

    Hi Michael. It was a TXT file with emails, about 50kb in size. i also tried with images. it looked like a problem with folder permissions. i tried with a similar addon that used FTP and it worked. it was not a chmod or chown problem thought. probably the code is using a path variable or something similar that is not working at 100%. at least on my server. after i tried other options that also did not work, i tried with FTP upload and putting manually the path and it worked

    I have the same case, I have issue with all type of files.
    zip, png, jpeg, jpg
    But in my case if I try to delete the file, then the upload option hangs
