Upload from CSV – posts with scheduled dates

I am trying to upload a csv file which contains the following:

body text, image name from media library, scheduled date for post, category, and tags.

When I upload the file it processes it without errors. However, it does not attach the image as the featured image (I did check the box to make it the feature image), and it publishes every post right now instead of setting them to scheduled for the date in the future.

I did some testing with just a few rows of data and imported them as Draft mode. It still didn’t attach the image as the featured image. I could then go into each post manually and add the featured image and then click the schedule button. But i’m importing hundreds of records I can’t do that for all all those.
