Upload Form Not Showing

    Hi There,

    I have installed the plugin for my WC site, followed the set-up instructions and the upload form does not appear. I have the plugin configured to display only when an order is changed from On-Hold to Processing (BACS payment needs to be enabled as per the clients request), yet when you view the order via My Account, the form dos not appear?

    Is this correct? Or does the from only appear when using another payment method (PayPal or CC)?

  • Hi.

    Maybe it can help you… I solved this problem, when saw a special checkbox “Upload Files” on the product page in admin panel and checked it. It was so simple, but it takes me a time to find what the problem is ?? I hope i helped you.

    Hello both,

    The “check to enable upload” function (as we call it) will be reviewed in a next version because there are many problems with it ;-).

    For now there is no other solution.

    Hi..
    In my case also, ‘Upload Files’ is not working. I checked the option of upload files on specific product page, then make changes in plugin’s setting page. But after order completion, still there is no upload images form appeared..

    I’m experiencing this issue as well.

    Please both make sure you’ve checked the correct order status on the plugin configuration.

    So

    1. Activate uploading for each PRODUCT on the Product edit page
    2. Make sure you’ve checked the corresponding order status on the plugin configuration.

    @the Portland Company:
    Uploads are not shown on the so called “Order received” page in our FREE plugin. It’s only shown on the order overview page / order detail page after checkout.
