• I wasn’t sure where to ask this question so I came here, hope that’s Ok.
I wanted to have customers upload a form so I could duplicate it for them, but getting the right plugin is not that easy as I don’t know what to put in the boxes to get the form to work. Naturally, it will ask for an email address so I created one especially for the form and won’t be using it for anything else.

I have also got a ‘success page and an error page set up on my website and on PayPal for when customers upload their articles. But one stumbling block that I came across was the setup of a folder on my Namecheap server to receive the article although I thought it would go to my email address as an attachment. So why set up a folder on the server.

I may be making this more complicated than it actually is.

Can someone explain in simple terms what I’m supposed to do?

    Thanks a lot.

I recommend an easy way to achieve what you want, if you use contact form on your page you can use Multiline files upload for contact form 7, it allows users or customers to attach the form and it will arrive by mail.

Multiline files upload for contact form 7 allows user to attach unlimited files to upload to Contact Form 7 in wordpress website, User can upload unlimited files one by one, selected files will be displayed nicely on the screen. User can even delete the already selected file. Admin can set to send all attached files via email. All files will be combined into one ZIP file. This plugin is configurable. You can change the style of the buttons and files list.
