    what I need is to have a shortcode in post / page

    which allows users with special rank to see upload field !!
    then they upload file … the uploaded file/s would be than listed in a box at the end of post so other users with predefined ranks can see them and download them

    plus later when I decide to delete a post wit files included the files would be automaticly deleted from server too
