Upload forbidden

Anyone have trouble uploading podcast files since the upgrade to 4.8.1? We’re now getting an “Error uploading: Forbidden” message when we attempt to use the WordPress plugin to upload to our Libsyn account. (We were able to upload it directly to Libsyn.) I’m wondering if a folder permission was changed during the WP upgrade, or something along that line.
