upload files section not displaying

    The upload file section is not showing, no way to upload files.
    I’ve tried different status settings, but can’t get it to work.
    I have set as instructed on products pages.
    Using WooCommerce 3.1.0
    I love this plug-in (if I can get it to work), well done!
