• Hi,

I tried to use the “file upload” field but it doesn’t work fine with Google Chrome, Brave, Edge Chromium… (but it works with Firefox). Could you repair this please?

    P.S.: sorry for my bad English, I’m a French guy … ??

    Hi @evigeo,

I don’t see any file upload field in your form. Can you please share the link to the webpage where you have the form added with the file upload field so we can test it out from our end.

There is probably some other conflict on your site that is causing this issue. You can try disabling any caching and security plugins temporarily and then test again.

    Let us know your update.

    Thank you!

    Good morning,
Sorry, I removed the download field because this is a website in production. I put it again so you can test (https://www.buxerolles.fr/guichet-unique-pour-les-associations/).

There are no errors in the console for developers, especially JavaScript, and the field does not only work on Webkit (Chrome, Brave, Edge Chromium…). It works perfectly on Gecko (Firefox) for example.

I would like to point out that we do not have cache and security plugins, it is just managed directly on the server and via htaccess.

    Hi @evigeo,

We would have to take a deeper look into the form. Can you please export the Form in JSON format and send it to us. You can send the form by opening a support ticket here.

    Thank you!
