upload filename contains 5 digit number when rendered

Does the shortpixel app add a 5 digit number to the url of a media file when the page is rendered?

I just noticed on one site that test.jpg becomes test.12345.jpg when the page is rendered (12345 is just an example number). The filename itself is not changed, just the rendered link to it on the page.
