Upload file results in “Please Try Again”

Sorry to hear you are having this issue,

I can see it is returning a fatal error:

This error return a line on the debug file, could you please enable the debug mode on WordPress https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/debugging-wordpress-how-to-use-wp_debug/

Try to upload a new file, the same error will return but this time check the wp-content for a debug.log.

Open the file, copy and past the fatal error line, if this is too big, you can share using Google drive or pastebin website.
