Upload file not working in front-end

Dears…I hope to be well…
I make extended pods to USER and add some new fields like “ID card number” and “photo” for this ID card, when i upload photo via back-end (admin dashboard) it’s uploaded and saved in database and i can see the thumb in user page, BUT when i upload this photo via form created by “Gravity forms” the uploading just upload file to media files without any data stored in database, So i can’t see the thumb in user page in admin dashboard, and i can’t use it for other purpose… How i can fix it that?
