Upload file – important missing functionality

    Hello,
    I installed and tested your plugin and so it’s looking good, easy to use and simple! I like it for that. I love the integration with the knowledge base. The only important thing is missing is the possibility to download/attach a file. I want to use it to support an application and without this, I can’t use it. But the rest is good. I integrated with DIVI theme and so far, I only edited 2 CSS classes. Bravo! nice job.

    The only important thing is missing is the possibility to download/attach a file. I want to use it to support an application and without this, I can’t use it.

    We’re afraid that we couldn’t manage adding the attachment feature on this preliminary release. And it’s our bad luck that you cannot use this without the feature.

    BTW, attachment, with other important features are still in the ToDo list, and will come with any future release inshALLAH. Hope we will satisfy you with this inshALLAH.
