upload file from url

    Hello , I’m trying to upload a 500Mb file from a url , it’ll begin the upload but it’ll be suddenly stop , and it just upload the 100mb or different sizes but the upload never complete, i change Maximum execution time to 3600 and Maximum file size to 10 gb but nothing changed
