Upload file format not supported

I cannot import backup files (.bak and .json)

I was scratching my head trying to figure out why it worked and now doesn’t.

I opened my bak and json files and each starts with two blank lines.
I removed the blank lines.
Both formats now import successfully.

Is this a bug or something to do with my installation?
