Upload field not showing in form

    The upload field is not showing below the form label “File Upload”. Both Drag and Drop Multiple File Upload and CF7 are in their most current versions.

    I use no other file upload plugins for CF7, but I found out that it must be due to a theme or plugin conflict. It works fine on my staging site. As I don’t want to start disabling required plugins or changing the theme on my live site, do you have a list of incompatible themes and plugins? As you can see, my theme is Photography.

    Thanks for installing my plugin can you try and deactivate the caching plugin? and let me know if you still see the issue?

    Thanks for answering. I flushed all caches and then deactivated
    WP Fastest Cache and WP Fastest Cache Premium. No change, upload field is still missing.

    I also changed the theme to twenty fifteen but the upload field still didn’t appear.

    Any other idea which one of my plugins could be the cause?

    Would you mind if I ask for you WP-admin credentials? So I can take a look at your admin.

    There’s a problem of your contact form 7 also when you clicked submit it will reload the page.
