Upload Failing for Guest Users

    Do you have any recommendations to ensure that uploads do not fail for guest users?

    To elaborate after further testing. Uploads are only working when signed in as administrator.

    [Mobile & Desktop] Safari no admin = upload-error
    [Mobile & Desktop] Safari admin = success

    [Mobile & Desktop] Chrome no admin = upload-error
    [Mobile & Desktop] Chrome admin = success
