Three weeks ago when I set up a form for members to upload files, it worked. Several .jpg files were successfully uploaded by two different users, using free version.

This morning I received a message from a member who could not upload any files.

Researching, I found the article about changing Allowed File extenstion from *.* to specific extension types so replaced with *.zip, *.pdf, .jpg, *.jpeg, *.png. I logged in as a different user and successfully uploaded four files.

I tried a large file and couldn’t upload, so upgraded to Pro.

Then I changed something unknown and I can only upload as admin, though Upload Roles and Upload Users are set to All. Every test under a different user returns “Upload failed! Unknown error.”

I have deactivated the cache plugin and still can’t upload as non-admin

I set up the following page that allows uploads as guest. Logged in or out returns the same error (except admin).

Hi, I noticed something?in the shortcode. Check Allowed File Extensions setting:?*.zip, *.pdf, .jpg, *.jpeg, *.png?

There is an asterisk missing before .jpg. It should?be like this:??*.zip, *.pdf, *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.png

    Regards

    Nickolas
