upload error invalid archive structure

    Hi!
    I tried to use the WPvivid Backup Plugin to move my site from a local environment to a live site. When I try to upload the backup I get an error:
    PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Invalid archive structure

    Do you have any suggestions on how to fix that problem?

    Hello,

    Can you please provide us the backup file(send the download link to support(at)wpvivid.com) as well as a temporary admin account of the destination site(send it to the same email) to help troubleshoot the issue?
