We are aware of this issue and it will be fixed in the next update.

In the meantime could you please try this temporary fix as a mu-plugin file?

Thanks for the reply.
I installed the temp fix but unfortunately there is no change on the website. The mu-plugin is visible in the installed plugin section and all file permissions are correct.
I will wait for the next update then.

Sorry to hear the file didn’t work,

Do you have any optimization plugins?

It is possible the workaround isn’t working due to an optimization plugin cache the forminator-front-scripts file if so you can try to exclude this file from optimization, but as Kris said the fix is coming in 1.15.1 which is our next realase.
