• Hi,

No file can be uploaded from a form. I ran a plugins conflict test. Same issue: a red circle with a cross in it appears instead of the upload confirmation.

    Thanks for your help,

    Philippe

    Hi @ph59 ,

    I hope you’re doing well.

In order to check this issue further for you and troubleshoot it, could you please duplicate the form > add it to a test page, and share the page URL with us?

We’ll try to replicate the issue and check what is happening so we can help you further.

I hope to hear back from you soon.

    Best regards,
    Williams Valerio.

    Hi Williams,

Here is the link: https://onehomeplanet.com/forminator-test-page/ You will see there are in the form two distinct ways of uploading an image. None works.

    Thanks again.

    Any diagnostic?

    Hi @ph59,

I made a test submission and the submission worked. Could you please check whether the images got uploaded?

Possible to share a screenshot of what exact you notice on your side during the upload, so that we could have a better idea?

If you could also share the form export it would be helpful. Please check the following doc on how to export a form:

    https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud service in the next reply.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best Regards,

    Nithin

    Hi,

Just before receiving your reply, I enabled “Prevent page caching on form pages.” It works! ??
